Embody Your Feminine Essence

The essence of Feminine Energy ranges from a wide spectrum of soft and fierce and all in between. I find that it is the complexities of this energy, which allow it to be beautiful, powerful and vast. As women continue to dive deeper into the essence of their beings, the term womanhood expands. As we allow our own feminine depth to teach us, it is the essence of Femininity that continuously shapes the world around us with its wisdom, love, flamboyance and resilience.

In its softness, feminine essence is nurturing, quiet, astute, sensual, allowing and playful.

In its fierceness, feminine essence is wise, bold, strong, outspoken, evocative and sexy.

These two spectrums have confused people for a long time, how can a woman be both polarities?

The better question is, how could we not be both?

By observing nature deeply, we quickly learn that feminine energy must operate from both polarities, interchangeably as needed and wanted, if it wants to both thrive and survive.

The term “masculine woman” has gotten such a bad reputation in recent years. The fierceness of women challenges the short-comings of others and therefore, it is often spoken of with negative sentiments. What should be accepted as a right-of-passage into womanhood, is sadly still misunderstood. But hey, that is what blogs like these are for, right sis!

I must say, diving deeper and deeper over the years into my own feminine essence has been nothing short of wonderful, dazzling, pleasurable, exciting, wild, painful, empowering, infuriating and at times, very confusing. 

The essence of femininity should not be solely tied to appearances or physicality but rather, it is to be felt as an internal energy that sways the woman. Its power and alluring energy motivates her to lean in closer to her own internal beauty and attraction. A woman can let the world tell her how she should be and look or she can meet herself deeper, rising in her own self value more each time as she gets to appreciate more of her own inner qualities, characteristics and quirkiness.

This journey of self gnosis, is what inspires a woman to re-create a more beautiful world around her because she wants to reflect outwardly the beauty and strength that she is finding within herself.

One of the fastest ways in which we can feel our own Feminine Essence is by slowing down and as they say, “smelling the flowers,” while accepting ourselves just as we are and have been. Full self acceptance is a crucial component of embodying the essence of femininity. 

You can do this by limiting your time on technology and all outside noise- shows, social media, friends, family, news, radio station, gossip, social gatherings and all outside influence.

When our minds are not distracted, our spirit can be felt. 

So,

Be still, breath and smile.

What does your spirit and energy want and need?

Sometimes mine wants to dance and others it wants to lay down to breathe with my eyes closed. Sometimes it wants to feel affection and love and get a massage, other times it wants to enjoy its solitude and instead, go for a swim or a run- there are no wrong answers, sis. It is important that we allow our internal intuition to guide the next move so that we can be in alignment with our heart’s true calling! 

You might know by now that I love roses and one day, I will share how the sacred energy of the rose came to me in a ceremony years ago and then continued to visit me through the years, continuously teaching me about Feminine Energy.

It is not about seeking external validation but rather about trusting oneself and being unapologetically authentic. When one embodies confidence, they are able to navigate challenges with grace and resilience, inspiring others to do the same.

I feel that ingesting the essence of roses moves me from the inside, leaving me tickled pink!
